Always looking to streamline processes and improve efficiency, Dennis’ efforts help manage expenses, which often results in an enhanced ROI for our clients.

Having previously worked for both very small companies, and Fortune 500 titan IBM, Dennis’ well-rounded experience includes successful roles as a graphic designer, copywriter, database marketer, data quality analyst and team leader, and web marketing specialist. With AOM, Dennis wears many hats, from project consulting to inventory management, from logisitics to contractor hiring, Dennis does whatever is needed to help ensure success.

Leslie

Starting in the event industry at the age of 15, Leslie Ivey has worked in every possible facet of event design and execution including florals, rentals, catering, trade shows and wholesale. This vast experience has given her intimate knowledge of the inner workings of all areas of events. But it’s her ability to compose florals in many different styles, take original creative ideas from paper to reality, and quickly adapt designs in changing environments that makes her an invaluable team player. She brings her creativity, passion, and hard work to every project large and small, and is constantly striving to grow and learn with every experience.

As the Creative Designer for AOM Leslie brings her array of real world event skills to this stellar team. No matter the client, destination, style, or budget she understands each need and is excited to make a magical environment for you and your guests.

Bill

Bill Hamilton loves the events industry – he has been a member of HSMAI, NACE, ABC and ILEA (formally known as ISES), sitting on both local and national boards within NACE & ILEA.

An award winning floral designer, his work has appeared in publications such as The Perfect Wedding Guide, Style Me Pretty, The Knot, Detroit Home, Hour Detroit Magazine, and Michigan Meetings & Events. His designs have been featured on episodes of the TV show “Whose Wedding is it Anyway,” and he’s also appeared many times on Detroit’s Fox 2 Morning News, for his creative and budgetary driven decorating ideas.

While Bill is supremely talented when it comes to event and floral design, perhaps his greatest asset is his ability to connect with people. His design concepts are custom and often emotional, and he loves to make his brides cry (in a good way).
